JTB Batch Publish (aka JTB Sheet Set Publish) is an app for AutoCAD and BricsCAD that publishes sheets in Sheet Sets or the Project Navigator, layouts in other drawings, folders or drawings in DSD files to files like PDF, DWF, PNG or JPG/JPEG. The files created are named as you want based on a naming formula that you specify. Use date fields and/or sheet properties of your choice to build up the output filename.
Create formula for filename:
PDF Setup. Create multi-sheet PDF files in various ways. 1 PDF for all sheets or grouped by Sheet Set Subset, drawing folder name or drawing name.

JTB Batch Publish will install a Plug-Ins/Add-ins Ribbon tab panel in AutoCAD as well as verticals and in BricsCAD.

Compatible with AutoCAD versions (2013 and up to AutoCAD 2021) that has Sheet Set Manager (SSM). Works with all flavors/verticals based on AutoCAD like AutoCAD Architecture (ACA), AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Electrical , AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD MEP (AMEP, ABS), AutoCAD P&ID, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Autodesk Advance Steel.
Compatible with BricsCAD.

New license: 95 USD for one license or less depending on the quantity of licenses.
Upgrade license: 45 USD for one license or less depending on the quantity of licenses. If you purchased on or after January 1, 2019 the upgrade is free of charge.

The license is perpetual. Support and upgrades is included for a minimum of 2 years after purchase. If you have more than one computer and you are the only user of the application one license is enough.
If your company is tax exempt note that BlueSnap does not currently offer a way to prevent tax from being charged on orders. We need a copy of the tax exempt certificate to refund the tax if already paid.

+ Run JTBBatchPublish from command line or from the Add-ins/Plug-Ins Ribbon tab panel.
+ Click "Add Files" to choose a Sheet Set dst file, drawings, folders or DSD file (Drawing Set Description is a list of drawings that can be created by the PUBLISH command). The Sheet Set content and/or drawings with their layouts will be shown in the Sheet Set View panel.
+ Click on each sheet to view its properties (in the 2nd panel). Properties are: drawing path, layout, sheet name, sheet number, description, etc. Custom properties are included as well. These properties are used to compose output filename.
+ On the "Output Filename Formula" box, right click to insert fields from a popup menu. Note: Once publish runs, formula will be saved to a list also on this popup menu. Then in next runs, you can just pick a saved formula.
+ Output filename formula can have: custom text; fields ([Sheet Name], [Revision Number] etc); and current date fields.
+ Syntax of field is "[Field name]". But you can get it quickly by clicking on "Insert fields" menu in the popup.
+ If "Preview Output Filename" is checked, while composing a formula, the Sheet Set view panel will show updated output file names in real-time
+ You can choose alternative Plotter, Plot Style and Paper Size
+ Choose an output folder. If Sheet Set is selected the Sheet Set Publish output folder is defaulted to if available in the Sheet Set.
You can check "Create folders for subsets". It will create a folder hierarchy similar to the subset hierarchy, then publish files there.
+ Don't forget to select sheets or layouts in the Sheet Set View panel
+ Plot to multi-sheet PDF files
+ When everything is ready, click "Publish" button
+ To publish in the background run this app in a separate AutoCAD or BricsCAD instance.
+ Trial License is available for 30 days after first usage.
